Refund policy

Hey there! Thanks for choosing Spines and Secrets — we’re so glad you’re here. We work hard to make sure you love what you get from us, so here’s the lowdown on our refund policy.

1. All Sales Are Final

Once you place an order and payment goes through, it’s a done deal — we don’t offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

2. When We Might Make an Exception

We totally get that sometimes things happen. We’ll consider a refund if:

  • Your order never arrived or was way different from what we promised.
  • Your item showed up damaged or defective (just let us know within 10 days and send a quick photo.

3. Cancellations

Once your order is in motion, we can’t cancel it. For subscriptions, you can cancel anytime, but it’ll kick in for the next billing cycle.

4. Before You Buy
